How do I book my appointment?
- You may book your appointment online. Under the “Services” tab are the services currently offered. Click Book, select your day/time, pay the non-refundable deposit and then you’re all set. If you do not see a time slot available you may still inquire directly with me, if necessary

Do you travel?
- Yes I do offer travel/On location services. I offer a flat travel rate that includes travel within the Jacksonville radius. For travel outside of the Jacksonville area please contact me for a quote. (Please note: if a valet or parking fee is required at your location, the client is responsible for the fee. The fee will be added to the remaining balance.)
I have a large bridal party, Are you able to do makeup for all of us?
- I am able to comfortably apply makeup to 10 women in one wedding day without an assistant. However, if you have more than 10 I will gladly assist you in finding another makeup artist with similar work to assist me.
Will my makeup last all day?
- Yes, my makeup applications hold up through hours sunlight and humidity. I use the industries best primers, setting sprays and waterproof products to ensure your application stays stunning all day.
Do you offer hair services?
- No. I do not offer hair services.
How long does the appointment last?
- An appointment can last anywhere from 50 to 90 minutes depending on the type of eye look you’re requesting. I like to offer a luxury experience so appointments are never rushed. Please set aside enough time to enjoy your experience.
Do you offer airbrush services?
- No I do not offer airbrush services at this time.
What makeup brands do you use?
- I use a wide variety of brands in my professional kit to offer the best quality service. Currently I use MAC Cosmetics, Black Opal, Becca, Tarte, L.A. Girl Pro, NARS, Revlon, and Covergirl just to name a few.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
- Seating is very limited in the studio. I ask that you do not bring any extra people. If it is necessary that someone accommodates you please notify me in advance. Those who come will not be allowed to hover near the work area nor touch any of the makeup products. No Children or pets are allowed under any circumstances.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
- You can reschedule your appointment through the confirmation email that is sent to you after booking. If you need to reschedule within 3 hours of your appointment please text me at 904-422-6429
How do I cancel my appointment?
- You can cancel your appointment through the confirmation email sent to you after booking. If you need to cancel within 3 hours of your appointment please contact me at 904-422-6429. Keep in mind that your retainer/deposit is nonrefundable. You may apply your deposit to a future appointment as long as it is within 30 days of the original scheduled date. Anything outside of that will require a new deposit. Please contact me directly to reschedule. If I cancel your appointment your deposit will be refunded within 48 hrs.
What happens if I’m late?
- Please contact me immediately if you will not be on time for your appointment and include the possible ETA. A late fee of $10 will be applied if you are 10 minutes. If you are 20 minutes late or more, Your appointment may be to cancelled.
What happens if I’m a no show?
- If the client does not inform me that they will not be able to make their appointment, they forfeit the option to transfer the deposit to a new appointment and may be blocked from scheduling any future appointments. (Refer to Reschedule/Cancel FAQ’s)
Is the retainer/deposit refundable?
- No, the retainer/deposit is non-refundable.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
- Please arrive with a clean face and brows groomed prior to your appointment. Please remove all unwanted facial hair.
I have sensitive skin, can I still book with you?
- Yes, I can still assist you as long as you are not allergic to any known ingredients that may be in different cosmetic products. Taffie Tenae Beauty, LLC will not be held liable for any skin complications, injuries, losses, damages, claims, or actions.
I have a sore on my face, can you still do my makeup?
- If you have any open wounds, sores, or any skin condition on the face and/0r body before the day/time of your service inform me immediately so that I can assess the issue. If you arrive at the appointment with any skin condition that could possible contaminate the integrity of the makeup, products, tools, and/or professional kit, I may refuse service and no refund of any kind will be issued.
Do you allow cellphone usage while being serviced?
- Please limit your cellphone usage while being serviced. I can not do my job properly if you are in your phone. Appointments will be cancelled for excessive phone usage. No refunds will be given.
